A reminder that Year 4 are invited to attend the Bradford Science and Media Museum, as part of their computing unit, on Monday 8th June.
School is heavily subsiding this visit and we are asking for a parental contribution of £10. If we do not receive sufficient funds then the visit will have to be cancelled.
Please complete the consent form on parent mail, which can be found in the forms section. Please go to parent mail to pay the parental contribution of £10, by going to payments/shop.
Below are the weekly attendance winners for each class. Please help support this achievement by reminding our winners and parents that they are to look after the prizes and they must be returned to school on Monday.

Meal patterns are set per half term. School dinners are £3.10 per day and are to be paid on parent mail.
Well done to Farhan and Safaa for being chosen as Breakfast Club Superstars!
Here are some photos.
Last week, year 4 enjoyed a day trip to Hollingworth Lake. The children took part in a range of different activities including sailing a boat and paddling a bell boat. The children also enjoyed cruising on the Lady Catherine which was the Lake's oldest boat.
In DT, the children have been making their money containers this week, using a range of different stitches including the running stitch and the back stitch. The children were pleasantly surprised by their sewing skills and have had lots of fun choosing buttons for their fastenings.
4B have been learning 'Sunshine in my Heart' in sign language which they performed during assembly!
Next week, the children are going to have a special visitor come into class to do a career talk. They will be visited by an engineer and will have the opportunity to ask questions!
Well done to Year 6 for doing their SATS! We are so proud of you. Thank you to all the staff for supporting the children with this.
At Marland Hill, we are learning a new sign every week. Why not learn with us at home too!
Every week children that display good manners are chosen to sit at the Captain’s Table for dinner. Well done to the following children that have been selected to sit at the Captain’s Table:
