Deaf Awareness Week runs from Monday 6th May 2024 to Sunday 12th May 2024. This year's theme is 'Love and Trust'.
The National Deaf Children’s Society are excited to announce the launch of My NDCS, a free app for parents and carers of deaf children. The My NDCS app is here to give you the information and support you need, no matter your child’s level or type of deafness. It’s your go-to for expert guidance anytime, anywhere.
This week our signing choir performed at St Mary’s in the Baum church in Rochdale, as part of the Rochdale Music Festival. The children were amazing and we are incredibly proud of their hard work and determination.

Tuesday 21st May – Year 3
Year 4 to be rearranged for after half term.
Sessions will run 9am-9.30am. Tea/coffee will be provided. As a school, we are working on promoting a love of reading and it would be great to have parents as positive reading role models for the children. We hope to see as many parents as possible.
As part of their English topic this week Year 3 visited the Martin Mere Wetland Centre. More information to follow.
As Part 2 of The Linking Project this week Year 4A visited their link school: Parkfield School. More information to follow.
