If you have any school uniform that your child has outgrown, and would like to donate it to school, please send it to the school office by Tuesday 13th September. We intend to have stalls half termly to allow parents to come and collect recycled uniform for their child, so ask that donations are clean and in good condition.
From September 2022, attendance at school is a big focus nationally, and our Attendance Policy has been updated to reflect this. Please ensure you read the Attendance Policy which will be emailed out via Parent Mail today, which details the requirements for attendance at school and the procedures for non-attendance. Please continue to support your child’s education by ensuring they are in school on time and every day.
A reminder that meal patterns are set per half term and cannot be swapped or changed in between. School dinners are £2.65 per day.
Miss Clarke’s class will be going swimming on Tuesday 13th September in the afternoon, and every Tuesday after this. This is compulsory as it is part of the curriculum. Please ensure your child brings in their full swimming kit, including a towel.
The school is deeply saddened of the news that our longest serving monarch, whose reign was defined by an unwavering sense of commitment to her people and country, has passed away.
The children were addressed in assembly this morning with a tribute to Her Majesty the Queen.
This term, every week we will be looking at children’s attendance and all those children who have 100% attendance for the week will be put in to a draw to win 10 Dojos. There will be one random winner from each class. To ensure your child is entered into this weekly draw, all you have to do is make sure they are in school on time every day.
