A reminder that Monday 19th September will be a bank holiday for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth’s funeral. We will return to school on Tuesday 20th September.
Please can we remind parents/carers to ensure that any adult (must be 18 years or over) who collects your child from school is on your child’s pick up list. A data collection form has been sent home with your child so please ensure that you write/delete any changes and send the form back to school with your child no later than Thurs 22nd September.
A reminder that Year 6 children are not permitted to walk to school on their own and when dropped off must be “handed over” to an adult. Permission to walk is for home time only.
Thank you for your continued support.
A huge thank you to everyone for your kind donations of all the school uniform you have sent into school - it is very much appreciated. If you require any school uniform for your child please feel free to look through our recently recycled items, available at no cost. These will be available on Tuesday 20th September from 2.45pm (as the school gates open) in the dance and drama room, which is located next to the year 6 doors.
All after school clubs are now FULL. We do have a waiting list if someone chooses to drop out. Please contact the office if you wish your child to be added to the waiting list.
Thank you.
A small group of year 6 children went on a visit to Hollingworth Lake last week as part of their English studies. The activities have been linked in with their writing practice and the children had a fabulous time.
