Early Years Christmas Concert
Fri 22 Dec 2023The children did a fantastic job this week at the Christmas concert. They worked so hard rehearsing the songs and dance moves! They were so brave getting up on the stage in front of a live audience. Well done Early Years!

Choir
Fri 22 Dec 2023Some of the choir went to sing Christmas songs at Half Acre House on Friday 12th December. They took the decorations that had been made and passed them around to the residents for their Christmas trees. These were very well received! One lady loved hers so much that she chose to wear it on her cardigan!
The staff and residents send their thanks and wished us all a Merry Christmas!
Starting from January, Choir practice will be on Wednesdays.

Christmas Dinner

Year 3 Manchester Museum
Fri 22 Dec 2023Year 3 will be visiting the Manchester Museum, this is linked to their topic work on Ancient Egyptians. Children will be going on the following dates:
Year 3A Mr Hudson’s class: Thursday 25th January 2024
Year 3B Miss Hall’s class: Friday 26th January 2024
There is a voluntary contribution of £10, however if we do not receive enough funds the visit will be cancelled.
Please go to parent mail to complete the consent form and to pay the voluntary contribution. Thank you.

Weekly Attendance Winners
Fri 22 Dec 2023This term, every week we will be looking at children’s attendance and all those children who have 100% attendance for the week will be put in to a draw to win 10 Dojos. There will be one random winner from each class. To ensure your child is entered into this weekly draw, all you have to do is make sure they are in school on time every day.
