Starbooks Reader - Winners!

Bike Week
Fri 27 Jun 2025The nursery children have had great fun this week learning how to ride our new balance bikes. They have learnt how to pick them up and get on them safely, they have learnt how to ride them and glide with them and how important it is to wear a helmet when riding a bike. They have all done a super job.

Musical Assembly
Fri 27 Jun 2025We will be having another Musical Assembly taking place on Friday 4th July at 9.10am - 10.10am. This will take place in the school hall.

Fri 27 Jun 2025School Council have created another handmade colouring book which is on sale. These are priced at £1 per booklet. If you wish to buy please give money to your child to give to their class teacher.
All proceeds will be going to Cancer Research.

Year 4 local walk
Fri 27 Jun 2025As part of their Geography fieldwork studies, Year 4 will be going on a walk to Rochdale on the following dates:
· 4A Miss Ashraf’s class will be going on Monday 30th June.
· 4B Miss Shabir’s class will be going on Thursday 10th July.
The children will be looking at human and physical geographical features in the local environment.

Year 6 Leavers’ Disco
Fri 27 Jun 2025On Thursday 17th July, we will be holding our annual Year 6 Leavers’ Disco. It will take place from 5.30pm – 7.30pm and will include a buffet and Disco. As this is a special event, your child will need to be dressed smartly.
Due to the Disco finishing late, all children will need to be collected by an adult (18 years old or over) at 7.30pm prompt. The cost of the event is £5.00 to help to pay for the Disco and food.
This night will be very special for your child, as it celebrates the end of their time at primary school, and we hope all children will be able to attend.

Medical Appointments
