  • PE Superstars

  • Starbooks Reader - Winners!

    The following children have been awarded ‘Star Reader’ and enjoyed going to the ‘Starbooks’ cafe in the library to enjoy a drink and a treat as their reward. Fantastic!

  • School Council

    The children were presented with their head boy, head girl, deputy head boy and deputy head girl badges in assembly this week. Badges were also presented to the new school council representatives. Once again, a huge well done to you all!

     

  • Year 2 Farm Visit

    Year 2 will be visiting Northwood Farm. Children will be invited to pet a range of farm animals. The farm visits will be as follows:

     

    · Year 2A Miss Tahir’s class:

    Friday 8th November

    · Year 2B Miss Parker’s class:

    Thursday 7th November

     

    There is a voluntary contribution of £4, which will go towards the cost of the visit and transport. The cost of the visit has been subsidised by school.

  • Reading Afternoons

    Fri 18 Oct 2024

    Reading afternoons will take place each Monday afternoon. These sessions will run from 2.30pm – 3.00pm and we hope that you will continue to be able to join us and support children with their reading in school.

    The dates are as follows:

     

    Monday 21st October – Year 3

    Monday 4th November – Year 1

    Monday 11th November—Year 2

     

    We hope to see as many parents as possible.

  • Data Collection

    A data collection sheet has been sent home with your child. Please could you carefully check the information on the form is correct and up to date. If you need to make any changes or amendments please write on the form as clearly as possible and ensure that you sign and date the form.

     

    Please return the form to your child’s class teacher no later than Friday 25th October . Thank you.

     

  • Year 6 Residential

    Fri 18 Oct 2024

    The Year 6 residential visit will be to the High Adventure Outdoor Education Centre, Cowling, Keighley, BD22 0AA. This will take place Wednesday 29th January 2025 until Friday 31st January 2025. Those who have completed the consent form and paid the £10 deposit can now pay the balance and are welcome to do this in instalments up to the     departure date. Please go to the payment section in payment section in parentmail, then ‘shop’ to make any payments for this.

  • Year 6 Pioneers’ Museum Visit
