On Thursday, Rumaisa, Abeeha and Zayn from Year 2 went to a writing workshop at St Andrews Primary School. They had a great time learning all about story mountains and recreating traditional tales.
A body of pupils have been elected to be the voice of P.E. and sport for Marland Hill. The following children will be responsible for liaising with staff and coaches in preparing activities and organising equipment -

The National Trust are offering free tickets for their properties/locations for up to 2 adults and 4 children on each ticket. You just need to add a ticket to your basket and fill in your details. Valid until end of November. Restrictions to some properties apply.

The following children have been awarded ‘Star Reader’ and enjoyed going to the ‘Starbooks’ cafe in the library to enjoy a drink and a treat as their reward. Fantastic!
This term, every week we will be looking at children’s attendance and all those children who have 100% attendance for the week will be put in to a draw to win 10 Dojos. There will be one random winner from each class. To ensure your child is entered into this weekly draw, all you have to do is make sure they are in school on time every day. The Football Tournament took place this week at Soccer Factory. The team won 3 out of 4 of their matches. Well done to all those who took part!!
