  • Swimming in September 2023

    Those children who will be going in to Year 5 Class B– Miss Clarke’s class in September will be starting swimming lessons every Tuesday from Tuesday 12th September.

     

    Please ensure you complete the consent form on parent mail, which can be found in the forms section. Thank you.

    In September PE days will be as follows:

     

    Reception -Tuesday 

    Year 1 - Wednesday 

    Year 2 - Thursday 

    Year 3 - Wednesday

    Year 4 - Friday

    Year 5 - Monday 

    Year 6 - Thursday

     

    Please ensure that your child comes to school  wearing their PE kit on their PE day. Thank you.

  • JagTag

    Some of our Year 5 children were invited to take part in a NFL JagTag coaching and tournament event at Platt Lane sports complex on Wednesday.  The children went along with Mr Hudson and Mrs Wilson and were given the

    opportunity to play matches of JagTag in competition with other schools.

    Luckily the weather remained nice, the children played extremely well and they all had a wonderful time.

    Our Year 6 had their leavers’ disco this week, they all looked so lovely and we are so very proud of you all! A special thank you to all the staff for their help and support in making this a very special evening.

     

  • French Day

    The whole school celebrated French Day this Friday, dressing in red, white and blue. The children enjoyed lots of themed activities such as building Eiffel towers from spaghetti, learning nursery rhymes and counting in French and they also enjoyed a French themed tuck shop too.
