Reading Afternoons

Reading afternoons will take place each Monday afternoon. These sessions will run from 2.30pm – 3.00pm The last reading workshop this term is as follows:

· Monday 9th December—Year 5

Reading workshop afternoons will recommence in the new term. The dates are as follows:

· Monday 13th January – Year 4

· Monday 20th January—Year 3

· Monday 27th January—Year 2

· Monday 3rd February—Year 1

· Monday 10th February—Reception

Tea/Coffee will be provided.

Starbooks Reader - Winners!

Half Acre House

Illness through Winter

Across Rochdale we are seeing a huge spike in the number of young children presenting at the GP or A&E. As the cold weather approaches, due to a range of coughs, colds and sickness bugs and viruses. It can be a worrying time for parents and carers when caring for a sick child and we have developed a website and booklet which gives advice on how to care for your child with an acute illness, when you need to seek medical advice and when to be worried.
