• House Captains

  Last week, we held our election to choose our new House Captains and Deputies. All of the candidates did a brilliant job preparing their campaigns and delivering inspiring speeches to their houses.

   

  Every child from Year 1 to Year 6 had the opportunity to cast their vote and play an important part in choosing their new House Captain and Deputy.

   

  Well done to all of the Year 6 candidates; it was wonderful to see so many children getting involved and demonstrating their enthusiasm, confidence and leadership skills.

• Breakfast Club

  After October half term, breakfast club will continue to run as normal, however we will need to make some changes to our waiting list system. lf your child does not attend for 2 weeks/10 school days, they will be put back on the breakfast club waiting list and we will contact you again once a place  becomes available to see if you still require it. This is to ensure that the breakfast club is utilised fully.

• Halloween Competition

  We are running a Halloween competition starting Wednesday.  The children must enter using the purchased pumpkin template which will cost £1. NO   REAL PUMPKINS to be brought into school. We will come round to classes with the templates    starting this Wednesday. All entries must be returned by Wednesday 21^st October.

  Year 1 have got an exciting visitor coming into school on Monday 12^th October. This visit will be linked to their history topic on schools, we want to keep this as a surprise – I am sure they will be excited to tell you all about it. 

  School will be subsiding this, but we would appreciate it if you could make a voluntary contribution of £2. This can be done on parent mail by going to parent mail/shop/payments.
