Year 3, 4, 5 and 6 will be going to the cinema as follows:

· Year 4 Monday 10th November to watch Paddington In Peru

· Year 3 Tuesday 11th November to watch Sonic the Hedgehog 3

· Year 6 Wednesday 12th November to watch Harold And The Purple Crayon

· Year 5 Wednesday 18th November to watch The Garfield Movie

Eco Shop

Data Collection

A data collection sheet has been sent home with your child this week. Please ensure you read, update and sign this and send back to school no later than Friday 7th November.

If we do not receive your child’s form, then we will continue to use the current information we have. Please remember even if the information is correct we still need you to confirm, sign, date and send the form back.

School Dinners

After half term we have a new school dinner menu. Please see page 10. If after half term you wish to change your child’s meal pattern you must email office: office@marlandhill.rochdale.sch.uk no later than Wednesday 29th October.

Meal patterns are set per half term and cannot be changed in between. Thank you.

Raising Rochdale Awards

This week we found out that we have been nominated for the Raising Rochdale awards for our ‘Commitment to Inclusion’. Whilst we weren’t unfortunately shortlisted for the final, it is a fantastic achievement, and lovely to know that our work towards inclusion has been recognised. Well done to all the staff in school for this.
