• OFSTED Inspection

  As you will be aware, we were inspected by Ofsted this week. This was part of their routine cycle of inspecting schools, and lasted 2 days.

   

  During this time the inspector visited lessons, spoke to staff pupils, parents and governors, and reviewed school documentation such as curriculum plans.

   

  We were incredibly proud of the children – the way they behaved, their work and behaviour in lessons, their behaviour around school including during playtimes and dinnertimes and the confidence with which they spoke to the inspector about many elements of school life.

  The report now has to be quality assured and will be available for us in draft form in September. As soon as we are able to we will share it with you.

• Year 6 Leavers Disco

  The Year 6 Leavers Disco will take place on Wednesday 12th July from 5pm-7pm.

  Year 1 have been thinking about the importance of family in PSHE. We read and acted out the book 'Owl Babies' thinking about how the owl family members take care of each other and made our own owl masks.
