We are raising money for Comic relief this year by holding a 'dress in red' day on Friday 15th March 2019. All children are invited to come to school in non uniform (including an item of red clothing), for a donation of £1.
As a result of feedback from parents, staff and children we will not be selling red noses in the school office this year. Sainsbury’s and Argos are both selling red noses this year.

Our Nursery children are having fluoride applied to their teeth to help keep them healthy.
Our Reception children are having some tooth brushing sessions at school with fluoride toothpaste, to show them how to keep their teeth healthy.
Please can parents ensure they have returned the permission forms that have been sent home otherwise children will not be able to take part. We want to encourage our children to have healthy teeth. Thank you.

We invited some very proud parents along to our special assembly this morning, to watch their children receive awards for outstanding effort at school.
Well done to:
Jack Howarth (Foundation Stage)
Aiza Sohail (KS1)
Fatima Tariq (Lower KS2) and
Alfie Crosten (Upper KS2)
You are all superstars!
Please see our Celebration Assembly page for details of their individual achievements and to watch the video!
Last week, the children in Year 4 took part in their very own Marland Hill Multiplication Masters competition. The children all worked incredibly hard on learning the multiplication facts to 12 x 12 but in the end there could only be one winner. Incredibly well done to Nourane Ben Cheikh who scored an amazing 34 out of 35 in just one minute. Outstanding effort!
Our KS2 team played in the finals last Saturday at the Soccer Factory. They all played extremely well throughout the tournament and made us proud. Well done team!
