• Menu Change this week, week commencing 4th October

  For this week, week commencing 4th October, the menu for Wednesday and Thursday have been swapped. This means:

  On Wednesday there will be a choice of Chicken Madras or Quorn and sweet potato curry.

  On Thursday there will be a choice of cheese and Tomato Pizza or Shepherdess pie.

  There will still be jacket potatoes available to choose on these days.

  Please be aware that school dinners are set per term and cannot be changed or swapped.

  Our Nursery children have been settling in really well; they have been busy with arts and crafts, musical instruments and fun Maths games! Well done!

   

  

• Forrest School Adventures

  Forest School Adventures have begun again! The children have been enjoying exploring  even in the wet weather! They have been looking at the different leaves, trees and surroundings. Well done!

   

  

• Phonics Books on Parent Mail

• Attendance

  Please can we remind parents/carers that the expectation is for children to come to school daily. If your child is unwell you must contact school daily to report the reason for their absence. If your child has had a Covid test, school must be notified of a negative result before your child can return to school.

• Football Tournament

  The IPLNC Tournament at Soccer Factory is taking place on Wednesday 6th October. Those children who have been selected have been notified. Please can parent/carers ensure that their child brings in their complete foot ball kit including appropriate footwear on this day.  It is advised that on the day or the evening before your child has a lateral flow test and email the result to the school: office@marlandhill.rochdale.sch.uk Thank you.
