• Christmas Competition

  School Council are running a Christmas competition. They will be visiting classes to sell templates for the children to buy for £1. These will be sold until    Tuesday 16th December. Entries must be returned to the class teacher by Wednesday 17^th December. There will be a winner per key stage and winners will be announced on Friday 19th December.

   

  

• Meeting with Santa

  Nursery had a very exciting zoom meeting today. We actually got through to the North Pole and spoke to Santa. He told us all about his reindeers and how he was making lots of toys. We even got to sing a song with him. How very exciting!!!

   

  

• Breakfast Club

• School Dinners

  A reminder that meal patterns are set per half term and cannot be swapped or changed in between.

   

  If you are wanting your child’s meal pattern to change next term you need to email the school office: office@marlandhill.rochdale.sch.uk no later than Friday 19th December. Thank you.

   

  School dinners are £3.10 per day– please ensure any outstanding balances are paid. Thank you.

   

• After school clubs

• Year 3 Manchester Museum

  Fri 12 Dec 2025

  Year 3 will be visiting Manchester Museum on the following date:

   

  · Thursday 15^th January 2026

   

  The cost of the trip will be £6. This is a voluntary contribution towards the cost of the visit and transport. The cost of the visit has been heavily subsidised by school. If we do not   receive sufficient funds we will have to cancel the visit.

  Please complete the consent form on parent mail, which can be found in the forms section. To pay the £6 voluntary contribution, please go to parent mail, payments/shop.
