Birds of Prey visited this week and the children really enjoyed their visit, learning all about different species and even got to hold them!
Those children who consented to their child to have the flu nasal vaccination, have had their vaccination. If you have any queries please contact your child’s GP or Intra Health directly: 0333 3583 397. Thank you.
Miss Hughes Year 6 Class (6B) PE will be each Tuesday from now on so please ensure your child comes in wearing their PE kit on Tuesdays. Thank you.
Year 6 Parents meetings are going to have to be rescheduled until after half term due to unforeseen circumstances. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. If you have booked an appointment you do not need to do anything as we will cancel all appointments.
Oulder Hill school have asked us to forward the following information to you:
Please see the information in the attachment. Oulder Hill are holding a ‘drop in’ day for parents/carers of students on the SEND register at Primary School currently in Yr6.
There have been many changes at Oulder Hill in recent times, the curriculum and SEND provision has developed in ways that parents/carers may not be aware of.
Although we held our open evening in September, we feel this drop in event will be more suitable for parents who need information about what we can offer as a school as we prepare to become an Academy and did not get a chance to speak to the SEND department at the open evening.
If you missed our open evening or did not get the opportunity to speak to us in the SEND department, please don’t hesitate to visit us at Oulder Hill on Friday 22nd October 2021.
If possible, please email Donna.Bennett@oulderhill-school.com to let us know that you intend to visit – you don’t need an appointment.
Regards
H.Murphy - SENDCO
D.M.Bennett – Inclusion Manager
