• Brass Music Lessons

  We are looking to possibly arrange some Brass Music Lessons, which will take place on Friday morning in assembly time: 8:45am-9:45am.   Please ensure that an adult brings your child to school and waits with them until they go into school. Thank you for your patience and continued support.

   

• After school clubs

  After School Clubs will be starting next week.

  A letter has been sent out. We still have places  available. If you wish to book and reserve a place, please go to Parent Mail in the payment section to book a place. The cost is £6 and must be paid in advance. Places are on a first come first served basis. The after school clubs are as follows:

   

  Monday: Year 3 and Year 4

   

  Tuesday Fitness Club: KS2

   

  Thursday: Year 1 and Year 2

   

  Friday: Year 5 and Year 6

   

  The after school clubs will take place  3pm-4pm. Please pick your child up at 4pm promptly from the school office. Year 6 children will need to be collected, even if they have permission to walk home. Please ensure an adult (aged 18 years or over) picks your child up and that they are on your child’s pick up list. Thank you for you continued support.

  Thank you to everyone who has supported our attendance policy so far this year and for ensuring your child has come to school on time. Both good attendance and punctuality have a huge impact on your child’s learning so please continue to support your child’s education by ensuring they are in school on time and every day.

   

• Year 6 Leavers Assembly

• Breakfast Club 2022/23

  From September 2022 breakfast club charges will increase to £1 per day.

  If your child currently attends club they will remain on the register for next term, however due to limited spaces if you wish for your child to start attending from September please contact the school office and they will be added to our waiting list.

  Aiza and Finley attended a morning at Whittaker Moss to learn about how their School Council operates and to get ideas for what Marland Hill's School Council could do next year. They talked with children from several different School Councils across Rochdale.
