• After School Clubs

  After School Clubs will be starting the week after next (week commencing 18th September).

  A letter has been sent out. We still have places  available. If you wish to book and reserve a place, please go to Parent Mail in the payment section, the shop to book a place. The cost is £13 and must be paid in advance. Places are on a first come, first served basis. The after school clubs are as follows:

   

  Monday: Year 3 and Year 4

  Tuesday  KS2

  Thursday: Year 1 and Year 2

  Friday: Year 5 and Year 6

   

  The after school clubs will take place 3.15pm-4.15pm. Please pick your child up at 4.15pm promptly from the school office. Year 6 children will need to be collected, even if they have permission to walk home. Please ensure an adult (aged 18 years or over) picks your child up and that they are on your child’s pick up list. Thank you for you continued support.

• Ice cream treat!

  The children (and staff) were all treated to a special visit from the ice cream van today and everyone got to choose an ice cream/lolly to celebrate their hard work this school year.

   

  

• School Dinners

  From September school dinners will be £2.90 per day. If your child is currently in year 2 and will be going into year 3 if you wish for them to have a school dinner then you will need to pay. You can pay on Parent Mail.

  A reminder that meal patterns are set per half term and cannot be swapped or changed in between. If you wish for your child’s meal pattern to change in September you must email the school office: office@marlandhill.rochdale.sch.uk.

• Attendance Awards

  Our termly and yearly attendance awards were given out to children today in class.

   As well as celebrating the children who have achieved 100% attendance for the term or even whole year, we also gave out prizes for excellent attendance and most improved attendance.

   

  The children were very pleased with their awards so well done to all of them, great job!!!
