Year 6 Leavers Disco
Fri 05 Jul 2024On Tuesday 16th July, we will be holding our annual Year 6 Leavers’ Disco. It will take place from 5.30pm – 7.30pm and will include a buffet and disco. As this is a special event, your child will need to be dressed smartly.
Due to the Disco finishing late, all children will need to be collected by an adult (18 years old or over) at 7.30pm prompt. The cost of the event is £5.00 to help to pay for the disco and food.
Please go to Parent Mail to complete the consent form (which can be found in the forms section) and please go to the payment section to purchase your child’s ticket. Tickets are £5 per child.

Art Workshop

Year 4 ‘Magic Flute’
Fri 05 Jul 2024Pupils enjoyed a fantastic performance of the opera 'The Magic Flute' at The Curtain Theatre Rochdale, where they joined by pupils from two other schools.
There were over 150 family and friends in the audience who were entertained and wowed by the singing and acting the pupils utilised to perform the opera.

Transition Day – Thank you

Reading Mornings
Fri 05 Jul 2024This term the reading workshops will be as follows:
· 9th July - Reception
· 16th July - Nursery
Sessions will run 9am-9.30am. Tea/coffee will be provided. As a school, we are working on promoting a love of reading and it would be great to have parents as positive reading role models for the children. We hope to see as many parents as possible.

Weekly Attendance Winners
Fri 05 Jul 2024This term, every week we will be looking at children’s attendance and all those children who have 100% attendance for the week will be put in to a draw to win 10 Dojos. There will be one random winner from each class. To ensure your child is entered into this weekly draw, all you have to do is make sure they are in school on time every day. Thank you for your continued support.

School Dinners
Fri 05 Jul 2024If your child is currently in year 2 and will be coming into year 3 in September school dinners will be charged at £3.00 per day. If you are eligible for free school meals then you will need to apply online: https://www.rochdale.gov.uk/benefits-money/free-school-meals
