  • Starbooks Reader - Winners!

  • Phonics Workshop

    Mrs Heselwood & Mrs Carroll will be holding a Phonics/Reading workshop for parents on    Tuesday 14th January at 3:30pm in the Reception classrooms. If you wish to attend please collect your child as normal and access through the  classroom door.

  • Year 3 Manchester Museum Visit

    Fri 10 Jan 2025

    Year 3 will be visiting the Manchester Museum, this is linked to their topic work on Ancient      Egyptians. Children will be going on the following date:

     

    · Friday 14th February 2025

     

    The cost of the trip will be £5. This is a voluntary contribution towards the cost of the visit and transport. The cost of the visit has been subsidised by school. 

     

    Please complete the consent form on parent mail, which can be found in the forms section. To pay the £5 voluntary contribution, please go to parent mail, payments/shop.

     

  • Free Schools meals

    If you circumstances have changed and you are entitled to free school meals you can apply for this on the Rochdale Council website. Please speak to Sue in the office if you need any help with this.

  • Year 6 Residential

    The Year 6 residential visit will be to the High

    Adventure Outdoor Education Centre, Cowling, Keighley, BD22 0AA. This will take place

    Wednesday 29th January 2025 until Friday 31st January 2025. Those who have         completed the consent form and paid the £10  deposit can now pay the balance and are         welcome to do this in instalments up to the     departure date. There will be a information  meeting for parents on Monday 13th January at 2.30pm. Thank you.

     

  • Swimming Year 5A Miss Rainbow’s Class

    As part of the National Curriculum PE requirements, children in Year 5 Class B: Miss Rainbow’s class will be taken for weekly swimming lessons on Tuesday afternoons, starting from Tuesday 4th February 2025
