Year 6 Spelling Bee

Our spelling champion Subhan took part in the Spelling Bee final this week and came 4th place. Well done Subhan!
On Tuesday 19th March, Year 6 held a Spelling Bee. The finalists were Sienna Rose Hughes, Leah Maplesden, Subhan Mustafa and Malaika Sohail. The overall winner was Subhan Mustafa! He will represent Marland Hill at the ‘IPLCN Spelling Bee’ at Lowerplace Primary on 3rd April! Well done to all of our finalists and good luck Subhan!

New Lunch Menu

Attendance Reward
Mon 01 Apr 2019Well done to Mr Child's Year 1 and Miss Moulton's Year 3 class for getting the best attendance of 97.4% this term. As a reward they will be going Bowling on Thursday. Well done everyone.

Competition Time !
Fri 29 Mar 2019Make sure your entries for our Easter Bonnet and Easter Egg competitions are sent into school on the morning of Friday 5th April, in time for our Easter assembly.
The challenge for Y3, Y4, Y5 & Y6 children is to decorate
an egg.
The challenge for Nursery, Reception, Y1 & Y2 children is to decorate a bonnet. The winners will be chosen during the assembly. Good luck everyone!

IPLCN Netball Tournament

Summer Term After School Clubs
Thu 28 Mar 2019Letters have been sent home this week with children to take part in the following after school clubs next term (week commencing 22nd April 2019). The cost is £1 per session per week.
Please send your permission slips into the school office as soon as possible to reserve your child's place. If you do not have a letter, you can download one from this website from our 'Letters Home' page, or call into the school office for a copy.
