Final Assembly
Wed 17 Jul 2019Today we celebrated our final assembly of the school year, and said goodbye to Mrs Cunningham. The children presented her with cards and gifts and performed special songs they had been rehearsing in secret!

Wed 17 Jul 2019Yesterday evening our year 6 children celebrated their time at Marland Hill at their Leavers’ Ball. They all looked amazing!

IPLCN Instrumental Worskshop
Fri 12 Jul 2019On Tuesday, we held an Instrumental Workshop in the school hall. Many of our IPLCN schools attended and took part, along with a tutor from Rochdale Music Service. The children all had a great time, trying out different instruments and playing together.

Dinner Money Year 3 - Year 6
Fri 12 Jul 2019Please note that if your child is going into Year 3 this September, they are no longer entitled to Universal free school meals. School meals will be £2.20 per day from September, and are payable in advance. If you are in receipt of certain benefits, your child may still be entitled to free school meals. Please collect a form from the school office to apply.
Please note that all arrears for this school year should be paid before the end of term on Wednesday 17th July. Thank you for your co-operation.

Year 6 Leavers' Ball!

Year 6 Medal Evening
Fri 12 Jul 2019On Wednesday this week we had our medal presentation evening for our Year 6 children who will be leaving us next week. All the children received their medals to acknowledge their time and achievements at Marland Hill. Good luck to them all at High School. We will miss you!

IPLCN Athletics Tournament
Wed 10 Jul 2019Some of our Year 6 children attended an Athletics competition with other IPLCN schools,, at Greenbank Primary last Friday. They came 2nd place by losing just 1 point! Well done to them all. Very close indeed
