Mr Hilton has devised a short circuit training program to keep our children in school, feeling energised and motivated! We think they enjoyed the break away from lessons. Hopefully they will continue to feel motivated at home!
Some of our year 3 children were very busy last week building lego models to celebrate ‘International Lego Day’. Thank you to those of you who sent in your photos to school. They are all excellent!
Next week school is closed for half term. Please may we remind you that if your child or a member of your household or support bubble is required to go for a Covid-19 test during the half term break, please email the school office to let us know (regardless of whether your child is currently attending school or not). When you receive the result, whether it is positive or negative, please can you email the school office with the result of the test. We appreciate your co-operation in this matter to help keep our school community safe. Thank you for your
continued support.
Last week our year 2 children submitted the most work on ‘Teams’ and our Nursery children submitted the most work on ‘Tapestry’. Well done to you all. Keep up the fantastic work!
Our early years children have been learning all about the importance of recycling and looking after the environment. Here is some of the work that they have been doing at home. Well done everyone. Amazing effort!
We close on Friday 12th February for the half term holidays, therefore no remote learning will be set online for the children next week. Work will resume online on Monday 22nd February, and school will be open as normal to our key worker children and nursery children ONLY. We hope that you all stay safe and well, and enjoy the break. Please remember to keep checking your emails and the school website regularly for any important updates.
As part of the ‘Get Britain Moving’ challenge, our children took part in the ‘daily mile’ walk around the school grounds today. Luckily, the weather stayed dry for them all!
Please can we remind parents and carers to also check your parent mail ‘dinner money account’ on a regular basis, to keep on top of any payments that may be due. Thank you for your co-operation.
This week our Year 2 children have submitted the most work on Teams, and our Reception children have completed the most work on Tapestry. Well done everybody! Keep up the good work.
The following children won our ‘Star of the Week’ class awards, in recognition of their hard work and excellent efforts both in school and learning at home. Well done to everyone for all your hard work this week, and once again thank you parents for all your support.
