Every week during PE Mr Hilton will be choosing two pupils from each year group to be his PE superstars of the week. Mr Hilton has chosen the following children who were fantastic in PE last week: Well done to them!

PTA Raffle Tickets: Raffle tickets are available at tuck shop now up until the fair 04.12.19 for year 3, 4, 5 and 6. Tickets are 20p each or 5 tickets for £1.

On Thursday 28th November, we will be holding a non-uniform day, in return for donations towards our Christmas Fair stalls.  We are asking for Nursery & Reception children to bring Toiletries,  Year 1, 2 & 3  children to bring bottles,  and Year 4, 5 & 6 children to bring Chocolate.  Thank you for your support!   Please note the Christmas Fair is on Wednesday 4th December from 3pm.

Some of our KS2 children took part in a Dance Festival at Spotland Primary School on Thursday.  The girls were amazing

performers.  Well done girls!

Our Reading University group visited the M6 Theatre this week to watch 'Mission Space’.  Afterwards they took part in a number of workshops led by the actors and were even given a copy of the play script to study back at school within our reading group.

Our year 2 children have been visiting Healey Dell as part of their science curriculum, looking outdoors for  things that are alive and not alive. Here are some photos of what they found.

Tickets for Santa's Grotto are now sold out.

Tickets are now available from the school office to see Santa at our annual Christmas fair on Wednesday 4th December.  Each ticket costs £2.50 and admits one child.  Please purchase your ticket in advance to be sure of seeing Santa.  We cannot guarantee that spaces will be available on the day.

Today we had our non-uniform day to support 'Children In Need'.  Our younger children were invited to wear ‘Spots’ or their Pyjamas, and the older children got to dress in a ‘Rock Star’ theme. Thank you everybody for your donations.  We will tell you how much we raised as soon as we can.

Thank you to all our parents who completed the free school meals forms last week during parents meetings.  We are pleased to announce the lucky winner of the Kindle Fire is Baqr in Year 2. Congratulations to him!
