On Tuesday our year 3 & 4 team took part in the IPLCN football tournament at the Soccer Factory. The boys played really well and were very unlucky to lose in the final. Well done boys!
Letters have been sent home with our Reception children regarding a walk to the post box next Thursday. We will be sending our letters to Santa! Let’s hope all our children will be in school that day.
Some of our talented musicians attended the Rochdale Music Service Christmas Cracker at the Gracie Fields Theatre on Sunday. They all performed beautifully, singing and playing their instruments. Well done to all of you. We are super proud!

Letters have gone home this week about the EYFS Christmas Concert. This year they will be performing ‘The Greatest Snowman’! There will be two performances on Tuesday 10th December at 1:30pm and Wednesday 11th December at 9:30am. Tickets are not required. Please refer to your child’s letter for costume requirements, and send all costumes into school by Wednesday 4th December. Many thanks for your co-operation.

On Friday 29th November, Story Magic Theatre Group came into school to perform ‘Sleeping Beauty’ for our Nursery children. All the children enjoyed watching the show. Oh yes they did!
Just a polite reminder to parents and carers to send back your permission slips and £10 contributions towards our pantomime visit asap please. The children will be visiting Middleton Arena on Monday 16th Dec (Reception, Y1 & Y2), and Tuesday 17th Dec (Y3, Y4, Y5 & Y6).
On Monday 9th December, we will be having the book bus once again at school. All children will be able to visit the bus during school hours. Books will be available at a heavily discounted price (up to 75% off). Children can bring money to school to buy a book. The bus will be here until 4pm so parents are welcome to visit the bus after 3pm.
Our annual Christmas Sing-along will take place on Friday 20th December at 9am. Tickets are available from the school office from Monday 9th December, on a first come first served basis. We look forward to seeing you there!
