We have a vacancy for a parent Governor that needs to be filled. To put yourself forward as a Governor please fill in the forms that have been sent on ParentMail including a biography (pen   portrait) outlining your skills and how these would contribute to effective governance and email for the attention of the headteacher to office@marlandhill.rochdale.sch.uk by no later than noon on Friday 10th October 2025.

Year 1 will be going to Tommy Tumble Town Role Play Centre. This will now be on Monday 20^th October. This is a fantastic opportunity for the children to explore around their topic of toys. Children will be travelling to and from the venue via coach with members of staff from school. Children will have grab bags on the day.

School is heavily subsiding the cost of this visit, we are asking for a voluntary contribution of £10. If we do not receive sufficient funds the visit will be cancelled.

Below are the weekly attendance winners for each class. Please help support this achievement by reminding our winners and parents that they are to look after the prizes and they must be returned to school on Monday.
