Well Done to Ayan who got a chance to be a mascot at the Manchester City vs Borussia Dortmund Match on Wednesday and well done to Manchester City who won 4-1.
On Thursday, three Year 6 children visited Broadfield Primary School to take part in the first day of a workshop for gifted and talented writers. They had a wonderful time solving mysteries and creating their very own podcast, Cold Cases! The children were exceptionally well-behaved and we are looking forward to our next workshop in January.
On Wednesday 3rd December we are holding a Christmas Fair in school. This will take place in the school hall straight after school at 3.30pm. We are asking for raffle prize donations such as food/takeaway prizes and donations of health/beauty vouchers, we would welcome and appreciate any donations you can make.
We will also be holding two non uniform days to collect prizes for our popular chocolate tombola and bottle stall. These will be held on the following dates:
· Chocolate Donations—21st November
· Bottle donations—28th November

This year’s parents’ meetings will be once again be taking place after the end of the school day and will be held in the School Hall. In order to book an appointment, you will need to go to parent mail/parents’ evening to book a timeslot. Each appointment will last 10 minutes.
Parents’ meetings will be held on the following dates:
· Nursery: Monday 17th November, Tuesday 18th November and Wednesday 19th November.
· Reception, Year 1 and Year 2: Monday 17th November and Tuesday 18th November.
· Year 3, Year 4 and Year 5: Wednesday 19th November and Thursday 20th November.
