  • World Book Day

    Wed 21 Feb 2018
World Book Day this year will take place on Thursday 1st March. Our focus as a school is on developing the children’s awareness of authors. Each year group has chosen a specific author and on this day will be completing work based on a chosen text. On the day there will be an opportunity to sit with others and share their chosen book. By doing this we are hoping to further encourage a love of reading and we will make time for children to share their books with each other.
  • Community Cohesion

    Thu 08 Feb 2018

Earlier this week our Community Cohesion Ambassadors went to Hamer Primary School and took part in an interactive workshop with colleagues from the Youth Team. They worked with their peers from Hamer to reflect on how to improve Rochdale. All of our Ambassadors were an absolute credit to their parents/carers and our school!
