This year’s parents’ meetings will be once again be taking place after the end of the school day and will be held in the School Hall. In order to book an appointment, you will need to go to parent mail/parents’ evening to book a timeslot. Each appointment will last 10 minutes.
Parents’ meetings will be held on the following dates:
· Nursery: Monday 17th November, Tuesday 18th November and Wednesday 19th November.
· Reception, Year 1 and Year 2: Monday 17th November and Tuesday 18th November.
· Year 3, Year 4 and Year 5: Wednesday 19th November and Thursday 20th November.
· Year 6: Tuesday 18th November and Wednesday 19th November.
You will need to book on Parent Mail by going to Parents; evening. Thank you.
There will be no after school clubs taking place this week.

Today is Becky’s last day. We wish her all the best and thank her for her incredible work as our family support worker for the past 12 years! She has made a huge difference to our community. Thank you!
Thank you so much for all your kind donations for Children In Need. The children all looked fabulous in their pyjamas. We will update you next week on how much money we have raised for this very worthy cause.

In Year 4, the children have recently completed their History topic on the ancient Greeks. As part of their learning, the children created Ancient Greek pots and took part in a workshop held by Touchstones. The children also created artwork inspired by Ancient Greek temples.
Currently, the children have started a new Geography topic and will be exploring why Italy is such a popular tourist destination. The children have also started a new science topic all about sound. The children will be exploring how all sounds come from vibrations and how the importance of soundproofing items in a range of contexts.
