Please note that due to Year 6 SATs there will be no tuck shop from Monday May 13th. To Thursday 16th May. Tuck shop will be back on Friday 17th May.
We’d like to remind parents that week commencing Monday 13th May is SATs week for Year 6 children. As you know this is a very important week for them. Please ensure that they are best prepared by having early nights and healthy meals in preparation. Year 6 children are also welcome to attend Breakfast Club next week (starting week commencing Tuesday 7th May) and during SATs week (week commencing Monday 13th May) free of charge. Children should be at Breakfast Club for 8.00am and breakfast will be provided free of charge.
The children took part in four competition sprints, relay, javelin and long jump. They performed extremely well finishing a very respectable 4th overall. Well done to all children involved.
Some of our children went to Smithybridge library on Monday as part of the Reading University. The children met the poet Ian Bland, listened to some of his poetry. And wrote a puzzle poem in pairs.
