  • Attendance Winners

    Well done to the Morning Nursery class who won free tuck shop for the best attendance in the Early Years and Key Stage 1 over the last week.  All the children enjoyed eating their free tuck shop.  Congratulations Morning Nursery!

     

  • Reading Workshops

    Fri 13 Jan 2023

    Following the success of last term’s workshops we will be inviting parents in again this term to promote the benefits of positive reading with your child. Parents/carers are invited to attend, tea/coffee will be provided. The dates are as follows:

     

    Monday 16th Jan – Year 5

    Monday 23rd Jan – Year 4

    Monday 6th Feb – Year 3

     

    Sessions will run 9.00am-9.30am.

     

    As a school, we are working on promoting a love of reading and it would be great to have parents as positive reading role models for the children. We hope to see as many parents as possible.

    Please return the medical consent form you were given at this week’s meeting by Monday 16th January so your child is able to attend the visit.

     

  • Starbucks Readers- Winners

    The following children have been awarded ‘Star Reader’ and enjoyed going to the ‘Starbooks’ cafe in the library to enjoy a drink and a treat as their reward. Fantastic!

  • Football Tournament

    Congratulations to our Year 6 football team who finished 2nd in the IPLCN football event at The Soccer Factory this week. The whole team represented the school tremendously and performed brilliantly and we are very proud.

    Year 5A Miss Wright’s class will be starting swimming lessons on Tuesday 7th February until Tuesday 11th July.

     

    Please see the email and letter that has been sent via Parentmail for more information and ensure you complete the consent form in the Forms section on ParentMail.

     

    Year 5B Miss Clarke’s class will still be taking part in swimming lessons until Tuesday 31st January.
