Miss Hughes our Year 6 teacher would like to ask for an expression of interest to anyone in Year 6 that would like to take part in an After School Drama Club. This will run on Thursdays starting from Thursday 3rd June 3.10pm until 4.00pm.
If this is something your child would be interested in please complete the Consent Form on Parent Mail, which can be found in the forms section.
We are asking for donations for games that can be used for when children have wet play. Any games such as board games are welcome. If you wish to donate please bring them to the school office. Thank you.
Our morning nursery is now full but we do have some afternoon nursery places in September 2024. If you are interested then please come and pick an application form up from the school office.
Thank you.
Please could we ask if anyone is a childminder or may know of anyone, for them to contact school so we could pass their details on as we have parents who are in need of before and after school childcare.
You can email the school office:
office@marlandhill.rochdale.sch.uk
Thank you.
This term, every week we will be looking at children’s attendance and all those children who have 100% attendance for the week will be put in to a draw to win 10 Dojos. There will be one random winner from each class. To ensure your child is entered into this weekly draw, all you have to do is make sure they are in school on time every day. Thank you for your continued support.

Just a reminder that we finish for half term on Friday 24th May and come back on Monday 3rd June. Thank You.
Deaf Awareness Week runs from Monday 6th May 2024 to Sunday 12th May 2024. This year's theme is 'Love and Trust'.
The National Deaf Children’s Society are excited to announce the launch of My NDCS, a free app for parents and carers of deaf children. The My NDCS app is here to give you the information and support you need, no matter your child’s level or type of deafness. It’s your go-to for expert guidance anytime, anywhere.
This week our signing choir performed at St Mary’s in the Baum church in Rochdale, as part of the Rochdale Music Festival. The children were amazing and we are incredibly proud of their hard work and determination.
