Flu Vaccinations

Your child will have come home with a letter regarding the flu vaccination 2025. You must return the form even if you do not want your child to have the vaccination. Please fill out the relevant section, even if you do not wish for your child to have the vaccine. Please return the letter to school by the 12th of September to ensure your child receives the vaccination. The vaccinations are due to go ahead in School in October.
